Why I Created Bella Vendor?
我为什么创立Bella Vendor?
After years in the real estate industry, I kept seeing the same issues:
Seller unsure which agent and agency to trust
Inconsistent or misleading price estimates
Overpromised and under delivery
Poorly explained marketing budgets
No professional truly advocating for the seller

My Story 我的故事

I started my career in real estate more than a decade ago, becoming one of the few Chinese female agent and later a Director in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
十多年前,我进入房地产行业, 成为少数华人女性中介并在一间知名西人中介成为了其首位董事。

Through those years, I witnessed both the beauty and the shortcomings of the industry - extraordinary agents who genuinely cared about clients, and others who prioritised volume, speed, or sales techniques over honesty.
这些年里,我看到了行业的美好,也看到了它的不足——有真正为客户着想的优秀中介,也有更关注成交数量,速度或技巧。而不是真实情况的人。
Working closely with families, especially Chinese families, showed me how vulnerable sellers can be when they don’t understand the rules behind the process.
在与家庭——尤其是华人家庭——紧密接触的过程中,我越来越清楚:当卖家不了解规则时,他们是多么容易陷入被动。
I saw good people make rushed decisions under pressure. I saw sellers accept the wrong advice simply because they didn’t know what questions to ask.
我看过善良的家庭在压力下作出仓促决定, 也看过许多卖家因为“不知道该问什么”而接受了并不适合他们的建议。

Overtime, I realised that my strength wasn’t just selling home - it was helping people make smart decisions at moments that truly mattered.
渐渐的,我意识到:我的真正强项,不只是卖房,而是在关键时刻帮助人们作出聪明、冷静、有力量的决定。
That‘s when I knew: I need to step out of the system and become someone who stands purely on the seller’s side.
就在那一刻,我明白我需要从体系中独立出来,成为只站在卖家这边的人。
